The car is 600SEL 1992. The car is equipped with adjustable balloons for the seats. It seems that someone previously missed with the main hoses connection in the vacuum pump under the rear seat on the right side. There are many hoses that I'm not sure where they must be connected to. The seats balloons are not working but they will work if I played with the location of some hoses but the locks will not work. I returned everything like they were so the center lock works. Does anyone have the correct digram so I can reconnect them properly?

yellow= central locking=ZV
orange=back up rods=RH blacl=lid grip=SFG gray+orthopedic-P+ clear=manifold vacuum=P You do not have the vacuum headrests so FKS should be missing or capped. The pump provides pressure to unlock vacuum to lock, it provides vacuum to the HVAC when the engine is not running or accelerating via a reservoir. The pump also provides pressure for the lumbars of approximately 600 mbar into another reservoir. There ia also a check valve to keep the generated vacuum from entering the engine. The pump has timeouts and pressure safeties. |
