280 light switch
 

does anyone no how to remove the light switch from the dashboard ? i have no lights on the dash at all everything else like fuel petrol and all them things work . i have took out the pentomiter and this works (tested this via a seperate battery and a bulb ) i have a two wire plug that is dead on the back of the clock cluster on the right hand side no power through this at all. Is this the illumination power supply ??? i dont have a haynes manual as yet but will get one asap.all help is greatfully recived

There are at least 5 different 280's. What year?? What model?
