Air floe sensor changed - now idle surge!

Hi guys,

Im pulling my hair out at this one!
I have a 190E 2.5-16 non cat version. Today i swapped the air flow sensor, thats that big metal thing with the round dome.

Anyway i made sure that i put everything back as it was. Started her up and she was fine. Turned off and started her again and in park the idle is surging up and down like a yoyo!!!

What gives?

I did not make any adjustments to the C/O yet.

Any help as always guys is really appreciated.

Thanks
