What's The Paper Clip Trick On .....
How does the paperclip work on the Fuel Pump Relay ?
I have a 1985 380SE that stalls once and awhile. Before I buy/throw parts at it, tell me the paperclip trick, pls. |
Do a search, I think it was jumping 7&8.

Fix it
If its the relay... and it probably is... the cause is a crack in the solder around a pin on the circuit board. Easy and cheap fix if you can get hold of a solder iron. Do a search. I've explained the procedure many times.
