Had a big glob of varnish fall out when i changed the fuel pumps. Maybe it's time to get fresh gas.
Spoke too soon about it running good. It runs fine until it gets warmed up then it just quits. It starts right up again but dies when i accelerate. Any ideas on this one?

Something is clogged. I'd run a super heavy dose of Redline SI-1 Fuel System cleaner through it, let it idle for a while, try to raise it to 2000rpm etc....once it has run a bunch of that through it should help. Add fresh gas with it.

I'd check the fuel pressure regulator. To check it properly you'll need a fuel pressure gauge, But you could probably get a regulator from a junk yard for a couple bucks to swap out. I keep a spare regulator in my car tool box. Autozone or some other auto store might have a gauge to rent. If it's really shot some gas may leak out of the back of it when you pull the vacuum line off. If the pressure isn't high enough the injectors won't work right or at all. I think the cold start valve bypasses the regulator.
I don't know what the pressure spec is for your car, you'll have to look it up.

The other thing I'd examine is the air flap at the air flow meter. The one you pressed down on. They can tend to stick sometimes, especially after sitting. It should open extremely easily with no resistance at all.

I'm thinking you're right about a clog somewhere. Even with the two new fuel pumps and fuel filter the fuel pumps are noisy sometimes. They get very noisy just before the car stalls.
So I drained the tank and added 5gal of fresh fuel with a bottle of redline fuel system cleaner. Would this be a heavy dose? It doesn't run as long as it did before maybe 5 min. Perhaps some varnish is being dislodged? I hope this doesn't kill my two new fuel pumps.
Air flap moves with slight resistance unless car is just be run then it is much harder to push down. Any ideas?
