560 Sel Headlight Doors

Is It Necessary To Remove Headlight To Change Headlight Doors? The Fastener At Top Is Very Obvious. The Cd Shows 2 More At The Sides. No Luck Matching The Illustration To What Is On The Car. What Am I Missing? Thanks Topgun
