m104 engine fitment
 

Hi guys,
I wonder if 1996 e320 m104 complete engine will fit into 1995 s320. I bought 1996 e320 with good motor and transmission but interior is in very bad shape and I have a chance to buy 1995 s320 in pretty good overall condition but engine has bent valves and I was thinking to take an engine from e320 and install it into 1995 s320. Can it be done without modifications?

I've looked at some pictures of 1995 s320 has different power steering pump reservoir than 1996 e320. I wonder if transmission housing and engine wiring is the same.
