Aux fans running when heat is on

Aux fans running when heat is on

The 2 small fans on my 95 S320 run almost constantly when my heat is on. I know that my AC evaporator is bad -- but not sure if this would have anything to do with these fans and heat, etc (it has been bad for years and this seems new).

Any ideas or suggestions?
