Where are engine numbers located on 95 S420
 

Need that to order the proper cooling sys thermostat.

My vin is WDBGA43E0SA274921

Can you link me to a site which can tell what engine number was installed in that vin?

Engine number is located between the LEFT (drivers) side head & the intake manifold at the front.

For that VIN the engine number is 119-971-12-032231

(I was hoping someone would help, --- but over the Thanksgiving Holiday I realized it might be Monday until the rescue was made).

I had already crawled around under the car and found what I assume is a part # on the block. (1190112201).
