Picture of a 124 small diff?

I have a diff on the way from a 190 16v which I am hoping to attach to my 84 euro autocrosser.

I am wondering about the mounting devices on it. Does anybody have a picture they can post of one of these or a 124 small diff which I believe to be the same case.

Thanks for posting up the pic. The internal parts look wider than the 123 diff. I was hoping they might fit in my case.

How do the half shafts make the connection to the diff on the 124?

I am no wizard.

I do know some folks around here with some excellent skills though. I am mainly in charge of the idea department on this one.

I am hoping to adapt it somehow without resorting to too many winches and pulleys!

I would be happy to make your idea work.

I've done that 2 times on other W123's.

M B Doc

M B DOC, Why am I not surprised that YOU know how to make the unfittable diff FIT the car is was not meant for! You rock, as usual! Still loving the rebuuld you did on my 16v diff, lock up is great in the ice and snow ( not that I intended to drive it in the bad weather, but I got caught out earlier this year and the diff made a difference now that it actually locks up. For now she is comfortably parked in the garage. thanks
