Hello,
I will need help if you can tell me if my 2003 S500 4matic has SBC sensotronic Brake Control system. When I order brake pads on line, some website mention about SBC.
I changed lots of pads on various cars and never have to deal with SBC.
Please help.

That S-Class does not have SBC. W211 & R230 chassis are equiped with SBC. Nothing special about that brake job.
