rpm drop shifting gear w201

why the rpm shoot down to 200rpm and back to 650rpm immediately when i shifting my gear to DRIVE? normal shall be 500-550rpm then back to 650rpm.. Am i right? any ideas? |
any body?
is the transmission load cause the rpm to drop? how to compensate the loading? |
