95 C220 crazy wiper/turn signal
 

I have a 95' C220 that has a wiper that has a mind of it's own. When I turn the turn signal on it makes the wiper turn on. Now it's going all the time. More than likley the intermitten gear is stripped. Anyway to fix other than replacing the whole stalk. If so does the airbag and steering wheel need to be removed. I know I can get the whole stalk for $120..any idea how much someone would charge to replace?

A new Combination switch will fix it.

You will need to remove the steering wheel and airbag.
