I emailed M-B to register my disappointment at the situation that has developed with Mercedesshop, and received this reply:
"Thank you for your message. Lacking direct involvement in the suit you mention, we are not in the position to comment with specifics. We can verify, however, that Mercedes-Benz has and will continue to enforce its trademark rights when and where appropriate. The opportunity to correspond is appreciated. Sincerely, Honora Duffy National Customer Assistance Representative" Is there anybody out there who could give M-B a few lessons in PR?! |
