560 SEC window stuck
 

Hi. My window won't go up or down and is unfortunately cracked enough that water can enter. Who do I take it to to have a window fixed? Will a mechanic do that kind of stuff? I think something is bent on the inside of the door because I heard it make a strange noise and the window is not level anymore. Or is this something that I can fix? Not a mechanic here and have no idea to take a door apart...

I have the same problem on my 420 SEL it's most likely a $6 part called a jaw slider or something like that. I pulled my window to the top and then wound the window up all the way so the arm of the window raiser propped up the window... My window now stays put but don't try lowering it. It will cost $100 to change that $6 part... :mad:
