M103 ign module, how can I get power to?

How can I jump/bypass the key in the car to get power to the EZL to fire up an M103?

I'm trying to see if a car I just got is worth cleaning up. And no, there are no keys. And I can't get them without the title, which would be a waste of $200 if the motor is no good.
