Wgere is the external temperature sensor C220 CDI
 

I need to replace the external air temperature sensor on my 2003 C200 CDI. Does anyone know where it is located. I'v epicked up th epart from by dealer and was told its by the airfiler just above the battery, but i can't see it. The dealership don't seem keen to help me locate it.

Any ideas?

Go to the front of the car.
Get down on your knees.
Look for the sensor in the front bumper. ;)
