Insight on a 2003 CL500
 

can anyone offer any insight on these cars? Good cars? I've always like the styling and considering a purchase. Any info you have is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, they're great looking cars and they drive nice. If you can, try to find a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) car from an authorized MB dealer. You'll pay more for the car, but the factory warranty makes it worth the added expense IMHO. Try to avoid the after-market warranties. Some of them are awful. If you buy from someone other than an MB dealer, have a Pre-Purchase Inspection done by a qualified shop. Make sure they check the Active Body Control (ABC) suspension for leaks. Some of that stuff can get pretty expensive.
