Unhappy Can bad MAF trigger O2 sensor codes?

I replaced all my o2 sensors and still get codes. Often, accompanied by P0100 code (MAF). This morning the car stumbled, I got P0100 at first then after a few minutes P0130 P0150 (sometimes I get the rear ones too P0136 and p0156). On the other hand, sometimes I get P0130 and P0150 and it takes a while before p0100 shows up.
I ordered a new MAF, do you think that will solve it?
