Unhappy MB Club of Russia VIN Search Question

Hi. I'm new to the forum, but not MB. I've had several older cars, and am eying a '94 E320 Coupe. I used to own a '95, and think these are undervalued and beautiful. So, I went to the Russian Club site and punched in the VIN provided by the owner. Much checked out, but some strange stuff surfaced.

It listed the car as "taxi design without compartment wall, taximeter instrument panel". Could this be possible in a US export coupe? It also lists the car as a "California" car. Does this mean more emissions gear and lower HP? Lastly, the exterior color was listed as "metallic blue-black" when I know it to be charcoal. The interior color is correct. There's some other strange stuff, like "roof mounted speaker", etc.

Do we take this information as precise, or is it a loose description of the car? Thanks for any assistance. Ken in NYC
