84 190E 2.3 runs bad.
 

My 190E is acting like it has a major vacuum leak. I had trouble with the Fuel pump relay. I installed a new relay, and it soon burned out. I bought and installed another, and it has begun to make noise.. I was told that a bad fuel pump could overload the relay, so I change out the fuel pump. Now it is acting like it has a mojor vacuum leak. It will not do much more than ideal with close attention to the throttle.. I am at a loss.. I have good power to the pump. New fuel filter, and have not been able to locate a vacuum leak. Could the ECU be malfunctioning? Or maybe the feul injector presure regulator? Help!!!
