Lubrizol power steering additive

Hi there, I've picked up a bottle of Lubrizol 6178 power steering additive (to stop steering whining) at a Mercedes dealer today, but with no instructions whatsoever.
Can anyone tell me how much to apply (take out) and what are the precautions (if any)? Thanks.
