Hella OEM Lamps or Covers?

HELP... Looking for replacement lens or covers for older Hella
fog lamps (3-3/4"x6"). These are 1990 vintage lamps and OEM so I don't want to change them out.

Numbers on the lens= TN-10 8343R19 310 119535

Please look around in your spare parts bin or the dusty corners of your garage!
