Hello!
I have a late W124 with the manual AC module. I was just thinking about retrofitting an automatic module in there (like the US cars) just because the automatic module is really rare in my country (hong kong).
Is this worth the hassle? What parts would I need?

People on this side of the pond would give a lot to have the manual system in their w123 and w124 cars. The automatic system can get quite expensive to keep working. My recommendation is to leave it alone!
