Hello:
I need to get to the bulbs behind my center console. I have one light out
behind the fan speed circular selector switch. (The other side is OK).
Thought I'd go ahead and replace both if I can get in there.

Does anyone know how to remove that center console? I'm guessing you remove knobs first?

I searched several times and found some posts about removing the console covering the shifter, but not the upper parts of the console.

As far as I can see on this German site, you pull the radio out, remove 4 screws and pull the upper console off.
