Any tips on doing rear brakes on '92 4Matic 124 wagon?

Okay, so I've replaced the front rotors and pads on my 1995 e320 wagon in the past by referring to this great link...

http://www.peachparts.com/Wikka/W124BrakePads

However, I was wondering if the same rules applied to the rear brakes of a 1992 4matic wagon? The pads are almost completely worn (light just started to come on). I'm assuming there must be sensors but I didn't notice one on the left side (and ideas)?

Also, do I need to release the parking brake (I have blocks behind front wheels)?

Things looked a little different back there and I could use some insight here (things to look out for etc).

Thanks!
Michael
