Rear subframe bushing replacement, W124

I need to replace the rear subframe bushings (the ones that attach the subframe to the car) on my '92 W124. What is the easiest way to do this? I don't have access to a lift, only regular jack stands when I need to lower the subframe. I also have a hydraulic press, but none of the Benz-specific tools. I will also replace all the suspension links while I'm at it, after 200k miles, things are starting to get worn.. ;)

BTW: The car is a wagon with SLS and ASD, if that matters. :)

My friend just did his, and he sold his tool for cheap

You need the subframe bushing tool:

And you can do it with jack/jackstands.

Good luck. Maybe you want the sportline bushings, which are a little stiffer.

Thanks! :)

I have a small problem. The inner core of the rear bushings look like they're corroded to the small "tube" on the body. The front bushings were not stuck at all, but the rear bushings will not move. I have soaked everything in penetrating oil, but it still won't budge. Anyone BTDT?
