300e Brake line repair/automec pipes

Hi, put 3 new calipers on 300E with SS flex lines +ebc redstuff brakes, the rear 3 lines (1 line from ABS into 3 way, then to rear caliper flex hoses) are all rusty and need replaced. AUtomec in UK doesnt have the kit in stock but will make from my measurements,

1 what size line is the pipe? 4.75 mm?

2 what size are the fittings?

3 bubble or double flare?

Much thanks!

automec now has the rear 3 pipe sizes via me, fit is A+ 68 GBP or so for 3+T

i used automec on an austin healey b4, they are the best brake pipes you can buy period. 10x better installation than stainless and last forever.

start, looking rusty, when replacing rubber brake hoses w SS noted how crappy the rear pipes looked

this is the rear brake line off ABS (blue tape) (note factory line is split, theres a union by right hand engine side, automec pipe is 1 long piece no union)

heres union, the 'engine' line wasnt bad ,but as new lines all one piece it came out

new line to ABS, perfect length fit! not quite as fancy bending as MB but workable

new lines new T (doubt you can get the MB one apart given its rustyness) at rear

slightly dif routing to make it ezier on me

awl just holding it to body hole temp, the factory uses a /bolt head screw, didnt like that, taped to 1/4-20 for SS bolt

this thing looks like a screw, its not exactly, plastic hollow thing, it goes onto a metal piece to hold brake lines under car, you have to pry/grip it off , it WONT unscrew but id advise unscrewing it a few turns to bust it loose.

weird setup!
