1984 W201 190E 2.3 - Climate Control
 
I was given a spare climate control unit for my 190. There no screw flanges. How do you remove climate control unit??

It clips into the center console from behind. Removal requires removing the center console.

Forward to the console about the height of the ashtray there is a screw on either side. I have removed these screws and the bottom portion is loose. Are there other screws?

At the center air vents, there are two screws that hold the upper section of the console to the dash. To access them, you need to remove the vent louvers (snap in).
