Spring Pads
How do tell what size spring pads you have. What is the size diff between each pad size. How hard are they to replace.

the spring pads have between 1 and 4 nubs (little rubber tabs) on the outside bottom perimeter of the spring pad... thats how you tell which spring pads you have.

Checked mine today, I have 3 bumps up front and 2 bumps in back. This was on a '91 300E.

The bumps are smaller then you think, just a heads up! And they are right on the edges of the pad.

And to replace them? You'd have to practically remove your wheels to remove the springs and the pads sit on top of the springs. I thought it was quite hard.
