'95 E420 that won't crank....

I have a 1995 E420 with 122K miles. While driving the dash instruments all failed at once, I pulled over, turning ignition off and tried to re-start. All that happens is that the majority of the warning lights come on, and the car won't crank over. Tried to jump the car, recharge the battery (charger shuts off after 1 minute, saying battery is fully charged) All fuses look good under the driver side hood. The dealer mentioned fuses located under the rear seat, but I find no fuses only some type of Hella box with what looks to be fiber optic cables (yellow) coming out of the sides. I have tried to start in neutral as well as park (possible neutral switch issue) and get nothing but a bunch of warning lights on the dash. Any suggestions? Something was said in a post about a fuseable link, but I can't find where the $.67 cent part is located. Could it be something with the ignition or alarm system?

Help!!!

I had this happen once....turned out it was a fuse - I almost missed it, except that I remembered reading on here, to check closely, because hairline cracks often go un-noticed. Once a new fuse was in, the instruments came back, and all was well.
Fuses are inbetween the firewalls, on the driver's side - rectangular black cover. Latch is towards the firewall facing the front of the car.

Thumbs up Thank you very much.

I guess I need glasses, as there was a hairline gap in fuse #5. I appreciate the help.

Again, thanks.
