116 Valve Seal Replacement Project
 

I have a 1981 380 that exhibits classic valve seal problems, and am wondering if anyone knows of a step by step instruction on this project. I tried buying a shop manual cd on ebay, & found it totally unusable, & it didn't do what it was supposed to. I would like to get a paper factory manual, but can't find one. How difficult is this job, and am I going to need special tools? I am a decent mechanic (although it's been 30 years since any serious engine rebuilding), and can follow directions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
