W201 seat bottoms
 

Are the front seat bottoms interchangeable with each other? In other words, can I switch the driver's seat bottom with the passenger seat bottom? I'm speaking of the padded bottom that bolts to the movement mechanism, but not the actual movement mechanisms themselves. They look the same. Same part numbers? Do the manual seats and the power seats use the same padded sections?

Does anyone know if the the seat bottom (padded part - not movement mechanism) from a powered seat will fit the on the manual movment mechanism from an earlier 190E?
