fuel pump 1991 190E

Hi All,

I just replace my fuel filter and was check for leak while running. I was tightening the fuel pump line and accidentally touch the black lead and it spark very so lightly. The car shut off immediately. I restarted the car but it won't run. I look in the fuse box but none listed.
Does this car have a fuse or relay for the fuel pump? Where is it?
