124 body 300te hot idle issues

I am running my 90 300 te to keep it from siezing up , as it is my winter vehicle...it has not run for about a month..
I had to charge the battery ,and after 3 hours on my charger i started her up...and all was running fine.

I drove it around the block a few times to cleanup the brakes, and get everything moving...all of the sudden I have hesitations just off idle, then I am slowly losing power?

I stop and the car stalls....then has a REAL hard time starting.....make home (JUST) and would not start agian while she was warm.

I let her cool down and put the charger back on .....couple hours later she started up fine!!?

Again after 10 min or running it starts hesitating at idle to just off idle (700 rpm to 1300 rpm) once i get it past 1500 rpm it settles out??
Engine running smoothly along the power band (1500 rpm to 2500 rpm)
all whil in park as I cant risk being stranded.
I am looking for some help, maybe direction on where to look?

Fresh wires and plugs Nov 07, ran fine all winter.

Fresh gas in april 08 and added fuel stabilzer for storage.
air filter is good and starts fine when cold...

Any help would be appreciated.
