2001 E430 Electrical Problem
 

My E430 has been having some issues. The Economy button is stuck on the climate control, and the illumination light for the display has not been working. Then all of the sudden when driving down the road the transmission started to slip. If i would stop and turn the car off, it would work again for a while then quit. Any advice would be helpful. I am in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area.

light on on climate control, can be reset by following a few steps with setting temp ,turning ignition off ten back on and press reset on module for 3 seconds and codes should come up, go trough all of them then hit reset again and normal function should resume, Also if AC don't come on have the compressor check.

The EC light means the compressor is not running, that indicates you have a bad pressure sensor, no R134 due to a leak.
