troubles with back left power window regulator and power antenna
 

I have a 1992 190e 2.3 4 cyl. My back left window regulator was previously disconnected to prevent the window from getting stuck,but left in the door.But today i decided to see what was wrong with it and try to fix it.turns out where the two ends of the wires meet one of the ends came out and was wedged in the pully in the top of the door,i pulled the whole regulator and figured out how to reconnect the wire, but i cannot find how to extend the wire to get it over both pullys and reconnect. Also my power antenna will only go up about a quarter of the way, and i know very very little about mercedes and would rather not break it. ive had the car for awhile but recently decided to start paying more attention to it since school is out for summer,also if anyone knows where i could get a good spoiler or a different hood. im kinda tired of having the same exact 190e as everyone else around here.
