w210 PCV change

These questions are pertinent to PCV in W210
1- where is it located in e320 1997?
2-does it need to be changed? how often?
3- what are the symptoms of PCV dysfunction ?

I have a 97 W210 E320. I don't think it even has a PCV valve...
