93 benz 190 e 2.6

Help! Can anyone please tell what the trick is to get the lower timing chain cover off? 2.6 litre benz, 93. At wits end here.

The main trick is to get that large 27mm bolt off the front of the engine and remove the Harmonic balance wheel.
