W140 button identification help

Hello!

I've always been curious as to what these buttons are for on the S500/CL500 W140 on the upward slant towards the center armrest.

I know one is the power rear sunshade, The middle one looks like a person with their seatbelt on, and I can't tell what the left one is--both have me wondering. Not all of the cars seem to have these buttons, so it must be some options of some sort.

Also, how many buttons have been seen in this area? 4? 5?
