95 S420 Where oh where is the oil sending unit?

I've got a 1995 S420 with a probable failed oil pressure sending unit. Where is it located? Thanks.

On the side of the oil filter housing.

Passenger side of engine at front.

Also a possibility of de-graded wiring at that sender.
