300SEL/M103 oil pan gasket?
Mine appears to be seeping here... since my head will be off this winter, I figure I'll pull the pan as I shall be pulling the front timing cover too for new chains and guides.
Is it possible to install a new pan gasket with the motor still in the car? Sure I'll have to remove the motor mounts and shocks (not a big deal to me), but can I jack the motor up far enough and toss some 2x4 planks under the mounting arms to support it while pulling the pan out?

Where is it leaking? There is an oil level sensor on the drivers side of lower pan, the O-ring leaks, mine does.

Pan gasket is seeping, not the level o-ring.
