will a 92-93 trans. fit my 94 S320?

I know the numbers are slightly different but I'm wondering how different they are. They're both 722.5's in the same body. I'm having a heck of a time finding a used trans. for my 94 S320. Also, I know an E320 trans. is not a 5 spd., but what about using one of them and having the driveshaft lengthened?
