w140 - Wipers Won't Work - Sometimes
 

Rarely, when I turn on the windshield wipers, they will not operate. If I fool around with the arm and restart the car they come back to life.

I am assuming that it is the switch but I was wondering if there were other ideas or things to check.

Does anyone have a process for replacing the wiper switch?

Most likely problem is the wiper relay that mounts to the top of the fuse box under the hood.
