After going through all of the above for the past week, today I found the culprit and a quick fix was in store. After jumping wires from here to there and the use of a trusty volt meter the problem was in the ground wire that leads from the harness to the switch for the right side windows. I pulled the console switch and on the front right switch plug, there are five wires. (2) blue, (1) red/blk, (1) gr/yellow, (1)blk/white. The red/black is the hot wire and the two blues are the ground. The other two control the up/down direction for the motor. I cut the two blues from the wiring harness to the switch plug and ran a single ground wire to both blue wires. Used a wire nut for connecting the three wires into one and ran the ground wire to the nut on the console mounting bolt. BINGO!!!! Works like a charm, correct speed up and down. I don't know where the two blue wires go to from the harness to the under-dash, but they show they are dead with no ohm readings. Taped them off and tucked them away in the console wiring. Thanks for all the input. I hope this helps anyone with a similar problem.
