Rad Hose Question
 

Couple of Questions regarding Cooling system. My 1990 300e seems to be running at the normal temp. but when I was adding oil this morning, I noticed that the upper rad hose seemed to be "drawn" in almost collapsing in itself. I think in needs replacing, but can it be replaced without draining all the coolant and doing a rad flush? I am travelling in a couple days out of country and unfortunately don't have alot of time to deal with this right now.

Also after turning the car off the water temp actually increases, is my termostat going as well?

I venture that the coolant tank cap isn't pressurizing properly. A cheap "throw parts at the problem" solution. See if that solves your issue.
