1993 300CE Ignition Tumbler Stuck

I just bought a 1993 300ce from my aunt. The car has been parked for a year now due to an apparent stuck ignition tumbler. The key will go in and out of the ignition but will not go into the start or on position. I would like to fix this issue. How do I go about replacing the tumbler on this specific car.
