w124 400E maintenance schedule?

I can't find this anywhere, warranty booklet does not list the info, and I just bought this car and cannot find a manual locally (will have to order online I suppose). So, basic Qs:

1) oil has been done every 5-7.5k, using 10w40/15w40all QS (!) and Shell (Rotella?). I will do every 5k with M1 15w50 in all likelihood.

2) Plugs were replaced at 120 and again at 133; 13k? What is the interval for plugs?

3) Trans fluid was done at 120; it's at 160 now and I plan to do it. Is it a 30k or 40k interval?

4) How are these cars on pads? They've been replaced twice since 120k, though I got 90k out of front pads on my 202 (lots of hwy)

5) cap/rotor replaced twice since 120k as well - is this a maintenance item? How often? Plug wires appear to be original - would you do them at the next plug change as a preventive measure?

I think that's it, unless I've left something else out (other than coolant, brake fluid)

most cars are every 30k miles but some are different. Every 30k should be good under normal conditons

Yes 30K on plugs and trans fluid/filter and air filters. 60K fuel filter. No spec on diff oil, wouldn't hurt to do at about 150K.
Engine oil I recommend 1000 miles for every quart of engine capacity, that thang holds 8.5 quarts, so I would have no reservation recommending 8500 oil change on "dino" oil or 10K for synthetic.
On the pads I don't have enough info, HOW many miles on the car NOW? You just said twice since 120K........The V8 cars seem to go through pads a bit faster than the 6 cyl gassers. Is the 400 also used mostly on highways or are we comparing apples to oranges? I'd suspect front pads, maybe 30-45K miles on the pads, and rotors every other set of pads, if mostly used on the highway.
Brake fluid every 2 yrs, coolant every 3. Use the MB brake fluid or a good DOT4+. Use MB coolant or Zerez G05

I don't believe there is an interval on the caps/rotors but 60k seems to be about the norm.

Correct, I forgot that part. I wouldn't replace the ignition wires for no reason, either. If you get the Bosch caps and rotors should go to 100K under normal conditions.

I have a 93 that for some reason uses 92 front pads. Here's my mileage for replacements over the past few years. I always use factory pads and I don't drive aggressively. I change the pads as soon as I get the indicator light.

My wife's 1992 300CE needs new front brake pads every 15,000 miles. She drives conservatively, but has a 50/50 mix of city and highway driving.
