New benz owner in need of help blowing fuse

Hello all, i have recently have been given a 1993 500 SEL from my aunt but it needs work. First challenge is turn signals. When i turn key to accessories the fuse blows under hood. I unplugged bulbs from front and pigs tail from rear taillight assemblies, replaced fuse and blew again. when i press the hazard switch on center top console the hazards work? of course with lights reattached though. has anyone ever heard of this problem before? on these cars i don't know where to start. please help I really do not want to take to shop.
Thanks:(

Updated information for blowing fuse

Hello, i looked at the fuse diagram and the # is 25 the options on this fuse are: turn signal, fanfare horns, backup lights, and automatic transmission. now i had a neighbor look while i put car in reverse and the backup lights are not working either. so i unplugged all the lights and horns it still blew the fuse. as far as the transmission i don't know where to start with that. does anyone know of a free wire diagram web site? or where the turn signal relays are located on a 93 500 sel?
