Ignition System

Does anyone have the Jacobs energy Pack/ignition system for a the 124? 3.0 Liter? Is it as good as I hope it is? Any reccomedations? pros/cons? Should I use Platinum plugs or copper core, in either case, whats the best plugs, wires and ignition system?
